Avi Zevin

Avi Zevin is Deputy General Counsel for Energy Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy. He was a member of the Policy Integrity staff from 2017 to 2020, with much of his research focusing on federal energy and climate regulation. He has also worked with Google to advance regulatory policies that enable the provision of carbon-free, reliable, and cost-effective electricity. Avi holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
