Libby Dimenstein

Legal Fellow

Libby Dimenstein received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Harvard Law Review. During law school, Libby worked on various environmental and administrative law issues while interning with the Department of Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Section, the Environmental Defense Fund’s Clean Air Team, and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Division. She also worked in the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic, where she researched and wrote about climate change and agricultural policy, and taught environmental law and policy as an undergraduate course.

Prior to law school, Libby received her B.A. magna cum laude from Yale College and worked as an economic consultant. After her fellowship with Policy Integrity, she will clerk for Judge Cheryl Ann Krause of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
