Policy Integrity submitted comments to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) describing how the agency could integrate climate change and environmental justice considerations into its work. In particular, our comments recommend collaborating with agencies with relevant expertise, and suggest potential ways that AHRQ might draw on its core competencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the healthcare sector, address extreme heat, and improve maternal and child health outcomes.
