Gail Conenello is a partner at K&L Gates. Her environmental practice is focused in the areas of CERCLA and Spill Act remediations and liability actions, private cost recovery actions, environmental justice actions, RCRA, environmental insurance coverage actions, due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions, and various environmental remediation, permitting, compliance, regulatory and enforcement matters. Ms. Conenello has spoken before various trade associations on topics including environmental equity regulations and industry best practices on issues of social responsibility and community involvement. She holds a B.A. with honors from Rutgers University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
