Jessie Arnell

Jessie Arnell is a Legal Fellow at Policy Integrity. Jessie earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, she worked with the White House Council on Environmental Quality, Earthjustice, the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Air Enforcement Division, the New York Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau, Georgetown’s Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, and the Georgetown Climate Center.

Previously, Jessie led the We Are Still In (now America Is All In) coalition, advocated for federal climate and clean energy policy at Ceres, and developed two courses on the psychobiology of smell and sensory perception’s role in mental health. She received her B.A. in psychology from Carleton College.
