Kelly McGee
Legal Fellow
Kelly McGee is a legal fellow at Policy Integrity. Before joining Policy Integrity, she clerked for Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Judge Marsha Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was an articles editor for the University of Chicago Law Review and a member of the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic. During law school, she worked with Conservation Law Foundation, the Environment and Land Law Sections of the California Attorney General’s Office, and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Previously, Kelly worked in the research division of the Boston Planning & Development Agency, analyzing municipal economic and demographic trends. She received her B.A. in Social Studies magna cum laude from Harvard University.
